How does the VIP card system work?
Here at Wholesale Promotional Products Pty Ltd, we value our customers and their loyalty to us. As soon as you place an order with us, you become eligible for a customer VIP card. Having this card entitles your business to receive 5% of the next 5 subsequent orders. After you have ordered five times, your business is then eligible for 10% off the total. This discount continues with all orders that you place with us, just as an appreciation from us to your business for continuing our relationship.

How can I get a VIP card for my company?
Following placing an order with us, you will be sent a VIP card for your business automatically. If you do not receive a card within 14 days of receiving your order, simply fill in any of the contact forms on the website and we will have one sent out to you straight away. If you need to order in the meantime, you will still be eligible for your 5% discount.

So how do you use your VIP card when placing orders with us?
To use your VIP card to place an order, simply email your order through as you would normally. Make sure you state in the order that you are a returning customer and you would like to receive your discount. On the front of each card, there is a special number that you can include with your order to us so that we can verify how many orders you have placed and what the eligible discount is. When provided with subsequent quotes after placing your order, you will be reminded of the discount you are entitled to.
