Wholesale Promotional Products takes the fuss out of ordering items with FREE delivery for orders of items that are stocked in Australia and delivered in Australia. This means that when you are sent a quote for any of our promotional items, once GST and set up charges have been added, the cost is final. There are no hidden charges with our prices, what you are quoted for is what you pay. We understand that in many cases, you may be sourcing prices to hand onto higher management, colleagues or clients. Rather than having to guess the delivery fees and hoping that your guesses are not inaccurate, you can be rest assured that the price you are given is final.
While we know our prices are low and that delivery is free, there are certain conditions that you need to be aware of. If we source items overseas for you, we need to charge the freight from overseas to Australia. This also means that any customs or duty charges are either passed onto yourself or you can organize this through your own freight forwarder. Once the items are shipped domestically we do not charge you. We do make every attempt to make the whole process hassle free for you by giving you a per unit price which includes freight from overseas. We also like to give you two options depending on time constraints, air freight or sea freight. The costs do vary greatly as do the turnaround times for these options. Samples also incur a small delivery charge. This is due to the item being a one off order; we need to cover costs for this as we do send out a large number of samples every day. The charges for samples are small, but do depend on the size and value of the item.
Our network of freight companies offer efficient means of getting your items delivered to you on time and safely. If you have a deadline and we have confirmed that we can have the products delivered to you by that date, we will have your items sent by a priority service. In some cases this incurs a small rush fee, but you will be advised of this should it be the case prior to confirming your order.
While we understand that some businesses may not have items mailed to them at a street address, we do ask that when you order from us that you do not supply a PO Box as our courier network can only have items delivered to street addresses. This assures us that the items have been received by someone at the address and that your items have been delivered safely.
Wholesale Promotional Products Pty Ltd will work closely with you to ensure that you receive your items by the time that they are required. We ask that you specify any deadlines that you have so that we can work closely with you to ensure that this date is met. Please note that if your turn around required is less than the specified 10 working days, while we will do our best to cater to your needs, there can be no guarantees. In almost all cases that we have had tight deadlines, we have managed to get the order to our client’s on time.
