These items are sourced directly mainly due to huge savings and reliable suppliers. Our lanyards for instance can be ordered in small quantities of 100 and the turnaround is approximately 3 weeks. This is the same as sourcing them from Australia but for half the price. Matt has previously visited these factories overseas and monitored their ethics and standards. He was impressed with the quality of working conditions and the standard of output that the factories require. While there are always going to be unethical practices in certain parts of the world, we have personally ensured that our suppliers are ethical and fair to their employees and standards.
Our relationship with our suppliers is continuous. We are constantly liaising regarding new products and manufacturing processes. As the strengthening in our liaisons continues, our suppliers can commit to new and better outcomes such as; smaller minimum order quantities and faster turnaround.
