Wholesale Promotional Products pty ltd does hereby absolutely guarantee to replace any order for promotional items, products placed with our company entirely at our expense for which an printing mistake has occurred due to our
negligence or error. This extends to factory imprinting mistakes or errors as well. Our custom made promotional products are always of the highest quality and we pride ourselves on the best customer service.

The ONLY exception to the above is when a given small percentage of
the total order is misprinted or defective. In this case we will credit back or refund the customer for that given quantity of
product in full. We do require written responses to any problems that may accrue and within 7 days of the customer receiving the items. WPP takes all steps as fast as possible is any problem accurse.

We also offer beat any price on our range, being the same products as our competitors and also for the total cost including delivery and setup costs.
